Guizhou has issued "Several Policy Measures on Cultivating and Strengthening Business Entities," aiming to expand and strengthen industrial enterprises, implement an action plan for cultivating industrial enterprises, establish enterprise cultivation databases by category, promote leading enterprises in the industrial chain to build industrial chain collaboration platforms, attract industrial supporting projects through business-to-business investment, cultivate leading enterprises in the industrial chain in stages, and strengthen policy incentives to expand the number of large-scale industrial enterprises. During the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, the province will add more than 400 new large-scale industrial enterprises to the database annually, and strive to add 2 industrial enterprises with operating revenue of 100 billion yuan, 2 with 50 billion yuan, 14 with 10 billion yuan, and 50 with 1 billion yuan by 2030.
