The General Office of the Guizhou Provincial People's Government recently issued "Several Policy Measures on Cultivating and Strengthening Business Entities," which proposes to strengthen the cultivation and service of listed companies, implement an enterprise listing cultivation action, dynamically optimize the reserve pool of companies for listing, and build a tiered promotion mechanism of "cultivation-guidance-application-listing." The measures also support enterprises with prominent main businesses, strong profitability, and good growth potential to list and raise funds in domestic and foreign multi-level capital markets, and support enterprises in the province to carry out equity acquisitions, mergers and acquisitions, and other activities around the industrial chain, and cultivate a number of listed companies in a tiered and categorized manner.
