The General Office of the Guizhou Provincial People's Government recently issued "Several Policy Measures on Cultivating and Strengthening Business Entities," proposing to increase efforts in cultivating specialized, refined, and innovative enterprises, establish and improve the development promotion mechanism for specialized, refined, and innovative SMEs, strengthen professional services and digital transformation, strive to create a number of specialized, refined, and innovative "little giant" enterprises and manufacturing single-item champion enterprises, accelerate the development of unicorn and gazelle enterprises, promote the full coverage of R&D institutions and R&D activities for specialized, refined, and innovative SMEs, support "little giant" enterprises in building provincial-level or above R&D platforms, and strive to cultivate more than 100 provincial-level specialized, refined, and innovative SMEs annually during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, with the total number of provincial-level specialized, refined, and innovative SMEs reaching more than 1,800 by 2030.
