The Guizhou Provincial People's Government issued the "Implementation Plan on Further Deepening the Construction and Reform of the Modern Vocational Education System in Guizhou Province," proposing to support the construction of municipal industry-education consortia serving the Guiyang metropolitan area. Taking Guiyang-Gui'an-Anshun as the core, and relying on the "four-city" linkage mechanism of Qingzhen Vocational Education City, Huaxi University City, Big Data Science and Technology Innovation City, and Guizhou Science City, the plan aims to create a Guizhou digital economy municipal industry-education consortium, build and cultivate provincial-level industry-education integration enterprises, and also build a number of municipal industry-education consortia around industries such as new comprehensive energy, advanced equipment manufacturing, and aerospace (including low-altitude economy).
