[Ministry of Foreign Affairs: China Decides to Implement Visa-Free Policy for Holders of Ordinary Passports from Canada and the United Kingdom Starting February 17, 2026] According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website, to further facilitate people-to-people exchanges between China and other countries, China has decided to implement a visa-free policy for holders of ordinary passports from Canada and the United Kingdom starting February 17, 2026. Holders of ordinary passports from these two countries can enter China without a visa for business, tourism, visiting relatives and friends, exchanges, or transit for a period not exceeding 30 days. This visa-free policy will be in effect until December 31, 2026.
