Heilongjiang Province issued the "Heilongjiang Province 'Artificial Intelligence+' Government Affairs Deepening Application Work Plan," proposing to implement new "Artificial Intelligence+" scenarios for government office work. These include: assisting in document drafting by leveraging the "Longzheng Tong" and "One-Network" office platforms, utilizing large language model capabilities to build a local knowledge base and standardized preset templates, providing writing suggestions and assisting in document drafting, automatically checking, proofreading, and optimizing format and content to significantly improve office efficiency; and assisting in data retrieval by integrating and aggregating data from statistical yearbooks, economic indicators, market supervision, ecological and environmental protection, and people's livelihood security, etc., to establish a data retrieval knowledge base to aid work... Personnel can quickly find government data, accurately locate the information they need, and achieve intelligent data association and comparative analysis; assist in reducing the burden on grassroots staff, accelerate the "one-form-for-all" reform, and solve the burden problems of "too many forms to fill out, too many trips, and too many roles" for grassroots staff through data feedback, direct data access, and intelligent matching; equip grassroots staff with all-round social worker intelligent agents to provide intelligent support for community staff in policy interpretation and business processing, and solve the problem of "not knowing or being able to do non-job-related business"; by 2026, relying on the "Longzhengtong" office platform, more than 1,000 government staff in various departments across the province will be equipped with portable intelligent agent applications.
