Heilongjiang Province issued the "Heilongjiang Province 'Artificial Intelligence+' Government Affairs Deepening Application Work Plan," proposing to develop new scenarios for "Artificial Intelligence+" assisted decision-making, including agricultural service scenarios. This plan integrates agricultural land rights confirmation, planting, and surveying information, and links it with meteorological and soil data to build a production capacity prediction model. This model will provide data support, early warning, and solution simulation for agricultural production capacity regulation, policy formulation, disaster prevention and mitigation, and food security. Simultaneously, it integrates agricultural machinery production supply chain data to build an intelligent analysis body for the agricultural machinery equipment industry chain, identifying weaknesses and shortcomings in the industry chain and providing support for strengthening, supplementing, consolidating, and extending the industry chain. The ice and snow economy scenario gathers and constructs four major datasets: ice and snow sports, ice and snow culture, ice and snow equipment, and ice and snow tourism. Relying on the statistical monitoring system of the ice and snow economy in Heilongjiang Province, it helps to conduct intelligent analysis of the development of the ice and snow economy, and provides data empowerment and intelligent support for building a modern ice and snow industry system and serving the development and expansion of the entire ice and snow economy industrial chain. The population flow monitoring scenario makes in-depth use of multi-source data such as electricity data and household registration information to build analysis and evaluation models, analyze and reveal the spatiotemporal characteristics of population flow, and provide trend prediction and countermeasures suggestions for population flow monitoring, housing development planning, and urban and rural planning adjustments.
