Heilongjiang Province has issued the "Heilongjiang Province 'Artificial Intelligence+' Government Affairs Deepening Application Work Plan" and launched new "Artificial Intelligence+" livelihood security scenarios. These include: in the labor and employment scenario, upgrading the province-wide centralized management, cross-business collaborative linkage, and real-time data update of the employment information resource database, and constructing a full-chain service system for key employment groups; in the imaging diagnosis scenario, relying on the provincial imaging cloud management platform, coordinating and aggregating high-quality unstructured medical imaging data, promoting intelligent auxiliary diagnostic services such as medical imaging-assisted diagnosis, automatic report generation, and treatment plan suggestions, supporting secondary and above public hospitals to carry out intelligent auxiliary diagnosis of medical images, and exploring the expansion of intelligent auxiliary diagnosis of medical images from single diseases to multiple diseases in provincial artificial intelligence demonstration hospitals; and in the relief and subsidy scenario, coordinating the construction of 18 types of datasets and API interfaces, including those for low-income families, the extremely poor, those on the verge of low-income status, those with rigid expenditure difficulties, the disabled, those related to marriage, death, motor vehicles, business entities, and household registration, and developing an "intelligent review + dynamic supervision" intelligent agent to achieve dynamic review of eligibility for relief in the livelihood field, strengthen full-process supervision, and effectively prevent problems such as mis-issuance, omission, and fraudulent claims.
