Russian Ambassador to Norway, Korchunov, stated that Russia does not rule out taking further retaliatory measures against Norway's restrictions on Russian fishing companies. Korchunov stated, "In response, Russia suspended its participation in a series of working groups of the Russia-Norway Joint Fisheries Committee in December 2025.
