Kode Biotechnology is the parent company of the functional skincare brand Peterson's Lab. Founder Shi Nuo's shareholding has decreased to 47.06%, but he still maintains control. Peterson's Lab was founded in 2016 and positions itself as a "functional skincare brand," with representative products including salicylic acid gel masks. This is Proya Hainan's second investment in a beauty brand after Huazhixiao, and another significant capital move by Proya in the past year.
