It also includes building scientific data centers, supporting enterprises or industry alliances in building trusted data spaces, and launching typical "data element ×" application scenarios. For approved digital application scenario laboratories, a maximum of 10 million yuan in digital innovation capability enhancement funding will be provided on a merit-based basis. Furthermore, national and provincial-level data annotation bases will be built, and support will be provided for the construction of data annotation public service platform projects, with a maximum of 10 million yuan in support provided on a merit-based basis.
